Past Newsletters

The Society Brief, a monthly newsletter published by The Cigar of the Month Society, is included with each cigar shipment to our members. It contains detailed information about the featured selections, how and where they were made, and what to look for as you enjoy the cigar. Each newsletter also contains listings of up and coming cigar events, useless cigar trivia and true facts, and special interest articles contributed by noted industry authors. We like to have a good time with the newsletter, so we include ongoing columns such as, "Ask Murl", where members write in cigar-related questions that are answered by our highly educated Australian sheep dog, Murl.
