Jose Girbes’ corona is a well constructed cigar, wrapped slightly tighter than any of the Hoja Copan cigars and offering a mildly aromatic and somewhat oily, wrapper. We found the body of the cigar to be very smooth with some wood and coffee beans evident on the palate. The tighter wrap makes for a nice even burn. The finish, similar to the entire experience, was very pleasant and light-bodied.
